Job Title: Marketing Operations Technical Consultant (Nonprofit Focus)
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Technical Consultant to join our marketing team. You’ll help clients by sliding in to support their marketing initiatives, from day-to-day execution to big-picture strategy.
That means building campaigns, creating automation, managing assets, and working directly with stakeholders. You’ll help create the architecture to deliver results-focused campaigns, while also managing the sync between marketing automation platforms and CRMs such as Salesforce.
What You’ll Do
- Act as ad-hoc marketing support: build campaigns, create assets, and work directly with client stakeholders
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot automations to streamline marketing programs
- Design architecture for syncing marketing automation platforms with Salesforce and other systems
- Partner with stakeholders to define and implement attribution models, lead funnels, and reporting
- Get hands-on with leading platforms like Marketing Cloud B2C, Account Engagement, Marketo, or HubSpot
What You Bring
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing operations
- Proficiency in at least one major marketing automation platform (certification required)
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM; Salesforce Admin certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and deductive skills, with the ability to work directly with clients to solve problems quickly
- Organized, proactive, and able to collaborate as part of a fast-moving team
- Strong skills in analytics and reporting; Google Analytics and Google Ads are a plus
